FEC filings show Spartz's campaign paid Jason Spartz $30,000 in November 2025 for 'annual rent' and has since paid nearly $6,000 in Hamilton County property taxes. Spartz says the $30,000 covered six years of back rent — but her campaign had reported 34 of those months as rent she donated for free.
On April 16 a war powers resolution failed 213-214. On May 14 the next one deadlocked 212-212, and a tie fails. Either one needed exactly one Republican to switch. Only Thomas Massie, who has no page here, voted yes both times.

It orders states to turn over whatever Medicaid, SNAP and other benefit records Attorney General Todd Blanche asks for in writing, with no judge involved. In June, 19 Republicans in Congress signed a letter urging the EPA to add mifepristone to its list of possible water contaminants. On September 9 the EPA announced a drinking-water study that includes the two abortion drugs. Environmental health experts say there's no scientific evidence abortion medication harms the environment or people — and five days later, the EPA announced it is scrapping carbon limits on power plants.
On September 15 the House voted 220-204 to end the war with Iran — the third time since June. Republicans voted 203 to 7 against it, and 180 of the members who voted no are on our report cards. The same day, the Congressional Budget Office put the war's direct cost at $38.1 billion and said it will push inflation higher into 2027.
