The House voted September 2 on a constitutional amendment freezing the Supreme Court at nine justices. The Constitution never set that number — Congress did, and has changed it five times. Here is every Republican with a report card who voted yes.
Axios found Evans was the sixth-highest spender of taxpayer money on advertising of any member of the House through late July. He spent nearly as much as Colorado's whole congressional delegation combined, and the firm he paid to make the ads is the same firm his campaign pays.
On March 23, Gabe Evans phoned the president of UFCW Local 7 and promised to stand with striking JBS workers in Greeley. He never walked the picket line, never sent the letter they asked for, and said nothing publicly for three weeks. FEC records show JBS's PAC gave him $5,000 on February 23.

It comes in $380 million below last year and, in the Appropriations Committee's own words, reduces salaries and expenses "to account for staffing reductions" — the nearly 4,300 FDA and roughly 900 meat-inspection jobs already gone. 188 members with a page on this site voted yes. Four voted no.
In May 2025, 215 House Republicans voted for a ten-year ban on states and towns enforcing any law that limits AI — data centers included. Four of the fourteen named here voted for it four separate times. Now they are campaigning on letting your town decide.
The 2025 budget law cut SNAP by $187 billion — about 20%, the largest cut the program has ever taken. Six of these eight Republicans voted for it. Between them they co-chaired the hunger caucus, chaired the nutrition subcommittee, told the public a food bank was on their side, and turned down $18 million meant to feed kids.
H.R. 1232 would delete the part of federal labor law that lets a union and an employer agree everyone covered by a contract helps pay for it — in all 50 states, whatever each state decided. Missouri voters killed right-to-work 67-33. Michigan repealed it. Their congressmen signed anyway.
Evans visited a Weld County feedlot, a cheese importer, the home builders and Leprino Foods — all hurt by tariffs. On February 10 he voted twice to keep the House from voting on those tariffs until August. Three Republicans broke ranks, the vote happened anyway, and Evans voted no.
Roughly $900 billion cut from Medicaid, plus expired ACA subsidies, has stripped coverage from about 8 million people. These seven wrote the rules, broke written promises, or voted for the cuts and then backed bills to clean up the damage.
