A Lever investigation found Rogers holds $1.7 to $2.6 million in companies positioned to profit from the AI build-out, including a stake in a Blackstone trust that is 29 percent data centers while Blackstone helps build a $16 billion data center near Ann Arbor. In March he endorsed Trump's plan to speed up data center permitting. On August 20 he called for a one-year moratorium.

At a Lea County GOP meeting in Hobbs, a voter asked Hull to commit to working with Greg Abbott to reduce Texans coming to New Mexico for abortions. He said 'absolutely' — three times — and 'I'm pro-life, so we're gonna see what we can do.' A week later he told a reporter the question was about something else.

Constituents protested outside Carey's Columbus office over his vote for Trump's budget bill. The event's organizers counted 12% of households in Ohio's 15th District on SNAP and $40.4 million in special education funding at risk. Carey's office did not respond to a request for comment.
